Tony Stojanovski has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Management Board of NLB Banka Skopje since September 2024. He holds a Master's degree in Economics, specializing in Monetary Economics, and is a banking professional with several decades of experience in the financial sector. He has also served for many years as a member of various professional boards and organizations.

Prior to joining NLB Banka Skopje, Mr. Stojanovski was a member of the Management Board of Stopanska Banka Skopje for 15 years, holding several senior executive positions. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia, including General Director of the Supervision, Banking Regulation and Financial Stability Department.

Kiril Buhov joined the team of NLB Banka Skopje in January 2025 as an Assistant to the Management Board. He began his professional career in the telecommunications sector in 2001 and transitioned to banking in 2006.

Until 2025, he worked at Halkbank AD Skopje, where he advanced to the position of Director of the Information Systems Department. Mr. Buhov holds a degree in Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, where he also completed his Master’s studies in Project Management.

He has extensive experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity, banking operations, and information technologies.

Dragisha Tadić joins NLB Banka Skopje from NLB Komercijalna Banka Belgrade, where he served as Executive Director for Credit Risk. He also held the same position at NLB Banka Belgrade from 2015 to 2020. Between 2020 and 2022, he worked as Assistant to the Management Board at Komercijalna Banka Belgrade.

His professional experience is also closely linked to leasing operations. Mr. Tadić is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of NLB Leasing&Go Belgrade, and until 2015 he worked at ProCredit Leasing Belgrade.

He holds a degree from the University of Belgrade in International Economics and Trade, as well as a degree from the University of Ljubljana in Business Administration.

Katerina Jankovic is a financial expert with more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector. Having worked for two major banking groups – Société Générale and Steiermärkische Sparkasse – she successfully advanced to senior management positions, gaining extensive expertise in both corporate and retail banking, with a particular focus on sales strategy, planning, and the development of new banking products.

She joined the Management Board of NLB Banka Skopje from Sparkasse Banka Skopje, where she served as Head of the Retail Banking Division since 2021. She possesses in-depth knowledge of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and risk management, complemented by strong communication and leadership skills.

Her strategic approach played a key role in the merger and integration of Ohridska Banka and Sparkasse Banka in 2021, demonstrating her ability to successfully manage large-scale transformations and complex business processes.

Ms. Jankovic holds a degree in Economics from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and an MBA in Finance from the University of Sheffield International Faculty, City College, Thessaloniki.

Bojan Stojanoski is a banking expert with over 20 years of experience in senior management positions in the banking sector, in the areas of corporate banking, risk management, lending, financial and asset management. Before joining NLB Banka Skopje he served as a Board Member and General Manager for Risk Management at Stopanska Banka AD Skopje (2020–2025). From 2012 to 2019, he held executive roles at Halkbank AD Skopje, overseeing sales, financial markets, asset management, credit risks, and finance. Stojanoski holds both undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Economics from the University "Sts. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje.
