NLB Banka is a joint stock company, whose shares are listed on the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, in the Mandatory Listing subsegment. The shares are registered in the Bank's share register maintained at the Central Securities Depository AD Skopje. The Bank has issued 14 share issues or 854,061 ordinary shares. The nominal value of the shares is 1,000.00 MKD per share. Each share carries the right to one vote at the Shareholders' Meeting.

The sole shareholder with a participation of over 5% in the total number of issued shares of NLB Banka AD is Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d. Ljubljana, with an 86.97% participation (742,804 shares) in the total number of shares of the Bank. NLB d.d. as the shareholder with the largest participation manages the Bank through its representatives in the Supervisory Board.

Shares issued by NLB Banka AD Skopje carry the right to dividend. The decision on dividend payment and the dividend calendar are adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting each business year.

The Bank publishes information on the dividend payment date in a daily newspaper published on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia and on the Bank's website. The dividend payment for shareholders, legal entities and individuals who are clients of the Bank, is made to their existing transaction accounts in NLB Banka AD Skopje.

The dividend payment for shareholders, legal entities and individuals who are not clients of the Bank, is made according to previously submitted instructions to the Bank by the shareholder.
